Inside the Revamped Slot Section

The slot revamp reorganised our lobby into focused rooms: high-volatility titles like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza sit in one section, while crash-style and feature-heavy games including Crash Fast Lift occupy another. Pragmatic Play and PG Soft supply the bulk of the catalogue, with RTP figures shown directly on each game card where the provider exposes them — we don't invent

numbers. Navigation is rebuilt for thumb use, so players in Karachi or Lahore reach their preferred room in two taps. Your account wallet carries your balance across every slot room without a separate transfer step.

Help While You Spin

Questions come up mid-session. Here is how to reach us without leaving the lobby.

Live Chat Open the chat icon from inside any slot game. Our support team handles wallet queries, game loading issues, and account verification during active hours.
Account Wallet Help If your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast deposit shows pending after the usual clearing window, send your transaction reference through the help form for a manual check.
Game Issue Reports A slot title not loading or a round result that looks off? Use the in-lobby report button to flag the game name and session time so we can pull the round log.

How We Run the Slot Revamp

A rebuilt lobby means nothing without the operational detail behind it. Here is what we keep consistent.

Provider-Verified RTP RTP figures appear only where Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, or the relevant studio publishes them. We do not display estimated or invented percentages on any slot card.
Round History Access Every spin in the revamped lobby is logged to your account. You can review recent round outcomes from the session history tab without contacting support.
Fair Spin Mechanics Slot outcomes in our revamped lobby run on the provider's own certified RNG. We do not modify game logic or payout paths between the studio build and your screen.
Wallet Separation Your slot wallet balance is held separately from any pending withdrawal. A spin does not draw from funds already queued for a Raast or Easypaisa payout.

Slot Terms Explained

Quick definitions for the mechanics you will see across the revamped lobby.

01
What is a slot volatility rating?

Volatility describes how a slot pays out — high volatility means larger wins that come less often; low volatility means smaller, more frequent payouts. It is shown on most Pragmatic Play and PG Soft titles.

02
What does the Buy Feature option do?

Buy Feature lets you pay a set multiplier of your stake to enter the bonus round immediately, skipping the base game. Not all markets or providers enable it; availability depends on local law and the studio's regional settings.

03
What is a scatter symbol?

A scatter pays or triggers a feature regardless of its position on the reels. Landing three or more scatters typically activates the slot's main bonus round or awards slot feature spins.

04
What does max win cap mean?

Max win cap is the highest multiplier a single round can pay, set by the provider. Gates of Olympus, for example, publishes its cap in the game rules panel before you start.

05
What is a tumble or cascade mechanic?

After a winning combination, winning symbols are removed and new ones fall into their place, potentially creating a chain of wins in one paid spin. Sweet Bonanza uses this mechanic throughout its base game.

06
What does RNG mean in slots?

RNG stands for Random Number Generator — the certified algorithm that determines each spin outcome independently. It means no spin is influenced by the result of the previous one.

Your Slot Revamp Questions

Straight answers to what people actually ask about the revamped lobby.

We reorganised the lobby into themed rooms, added new titles from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, rebuilt the mobile navigation, and made RTP data visible on each game card where the provider publishes it.

Open your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast app, send to the account number shown in the deposit screen, confirm with your PIN, and the balance appears in your wallet. Select any slot room and open a title to start.

Yes. The revamped lobby runs in your mobile browser. Open 777cbc, log in, and the slot rooms load directly — no separate download needed. The layout adjusts to your screen size automatically.

Tap the information icon on any game card before launching it. If the provider — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, or another studio — publishes the RTP, it appears there. We only show figures the studio has released.

The round outcome is recorded server-side at the moment the spin is confirmed. If your connection drops, log back in and check your session history — the result and any payout will already be reflected in your wallet.

Availability depends on local law and eligible regions. Where access is permitted, the full revamped lobby is open to your account. Check the lobby after logging in to see which titles are active for your region.
